IT work is hard. You need partners. Regardless of your role, finding support within and outside your organization is essential to moving forward. Through deliberate communication with others, you can begin to locate goals within the vision of the larger community leading to increased support and a more effective team.This workshop will explore the importance of partners, allies and confidants. We’ll take time to articulate a framework of support. We will begin to identify partners, allies and confidants to accompany you. In small groups and dyads, we’ll explore ways to seek, build and maintain these relationships using meaningful conversations.
